Affordable Life Insurance & A Summer Home

Ever since you left Florida you wished you had kept your home for summer vacations. The beach was always so inviting and the evenings on the porch warmed by the ocean breeze are definitely hard to get out of your head. Well, now as the chilling Wisconsin winters nag you at you to consider the idea of a summer home a little more seriously, you are confronted with an option that vies for the attention of your hard earned dollars, life insurance. As a kid you never really had to consider grown up things like the possibility of dying some day. But here you are, all grown up, in a grown up house, with a grown up family and grown up responsibilities and its starting to settle upon you, the need for doing the grown up thing, buying some affordable life insurance.

Well, as you think upon such adult matters you begin to experience what you learned in school was called cognitive dissonance. It’s that state of mental constipation when you want one thing, but know you shouldn’t. It’s you dreaming of the warm beach, but knowing that you need to step it up and be a man. Life insurance never seems convenient. It’s like that nagging voice of your mother that comes into your head each time you get in bed without brushing your teeth or saying your prayers. You know that doing it makes things better in the long run, but it’s a little inconvenient when you get all nestled in, mama in her kerchief and I in my cap, ya know?

So, as you go through this little struggle in your mind you realize that you haven’t even looked into insurance yet. Maybe there’s really no conflict at all? No, there HAS to be! Why would you be feeling this conflicted if it really were possible to do both? The thought never seemed worth entertaining before, doing the responsible, grown up thing AND getting that lovely little ocean front property in sunny, warm, comforting Florida.

Well, you take a few moments to look into in (probably on this site, since you’re here) and you discover something that warms you perhaps just as the mid day beach sand on bare feet does. And that is that life insurance is more affordable than you think. Ooh baby! Your sweetheart is going to be one happy darling! And so are you little toesies when they get back on that beach. They’ve been numb for 5 months straight now. You’re hoping that they can be brought back to proper movement and life again.

So, you take a few moments to fill out a form to get a quote (again, most likely here :o) ) and you put it out of your mind and start looking into the fun stuff, which of course, is the summer home back in sunny Florida. You’ve done a good thing today. You resolved some unnecessary stress and brought back the prospects of warmth to you and your family, both physically and financially. Great job you! I’d give you a high five if you were here.
